Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total package price is required to secure your date. Your date is not held, confirmed or reserved until the deposit has been received. CapturedLuxe reserves the right to accept other bookings for your date until the deposit is paid.

The remaining balance is due in full 7 days before your event date. Failure to pay the final balance by the due date may result in your booking being released without refund of the deposit.

Payment is accepted via bank transfer or card. Details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to hello.capturedluxe@gmail.com.

• Cancellation 60 or more days before your event — full deposit refunded
• Cancellation between 30 and 60 days before your event — 50% of deposit refunded
• Cancellation within 30 days of your event — deposit is non-refundable
• Cancellation within 7 days of your event — full balance is owed regardless of whether the event takes place

One complimentary reschedule is permitted where notice of 30 or more days is given, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 30 days of the event are subject to a £100 rescheduling fee and are subject to availability. CapturedLuxe cannot guarantee availability for rescheduled dates.

Standard coverage hours are 9am to 11pm. Coverage outside of these hours is subject to the following surcharges:

• Early start before 9am — £50 flat fee surcharge
• For events running beyond 10pm a travel surcharge will be added to cover the cost of transport home. This will be agreed on the night and added to the final invoice.

All coverage timings are agreed at the pre-event consultation. Coverage begins at the agreed start time regardless of delays on the day. CapturedLuxe cannot be held responsible for missed moments resulting from schedule changes, delays or circumstances outside of our control on the day.

For coverage exceeding 6 hours a meal or meal break must be provided by the client.

• London — £20 flat fee travel
• Outside London — travel costs charged at cost and agreed in writing prior to booking
• Destination packages — travel and accommodation fully covered within the package price as confirmed at time of booking
• Late finish travel — travel home required after 10pm will be charged at cost and added to the final invoice

Additional coverage hours beyond your booked package can be arranged at £100 per hour. Where possible additional hours should be agreed in advance. If additional hours are requested on the day this will be accommodated where possible and invoiced within 24 hours of the event.

• Full raw footage gallery will be delivered within 24 hours of your event via WeTransfer or Google Drive
• Edited reels will be delivered within 7 days of your event
• One round of revisions is included with every package. Additional revision requests are charged at £50 per round
• Delivery timelines apply under normal circumstances. CapturedLuxe will communicate any delays as soon as possible

CapturedLuxe uses professional iPhone 16 Pro equipment with stabilisation to capture your event. Whilst every effort is made to deliver the highest quality content, CapturedLuxe cannot guarantee specific outcomes in circumstances outside of our control including but not limited to poor lighting conditions, restricted access, adverse weather, or interference from other guests or vendors.

Upon receipt of full payment the client receives full personal usage rights to all delivered content.

CapturedLuxe retains the right to use content captured at your event for portfolio, website, social media and marketing purposes.

In the unlikely event that CapturedLuxe is unable to attend your event due to emergency, serious illness or circumstances entirely outside of our control, a full refund of all monies paid will be issued or an alternative creator of equivalent standard will be arranged where possible. CapturedLuxe liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client.

The client is responsible for:

• Informing CapturedLuxe of any schedule changes as soon as possible
• Ensuring CapturedLuxe has reasonable access to all areas required to capture your event
• Providing a meal or meal break for coverage exceeding 6 hours
• Ensuring other vendors and guests are aware of CapturedLuxe's presence where necessary

CapturedLuxe reserves the right to withdraw from an event without refund if the creator is subjected to aggressive, abusive or threatening behaviour from the client, their guests or other vendors.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
